Subject: Filming update at the Power Station

This further update has been received from the film company that spoke to the Forum about location work starting on the Power Station site:-

We are scheduled to film evenings and nights commencing this Thursday 11th October then Fri 12th. Weekend off. Filming Resumes Monday 15th to Friday 19th Inclusive.

We will have at between 250 - 300 people working on site.

In addition to this we will be carrying out a Lighting Test Wednesday 10th from approx 18.00 - 22.00.

Our Flame Special Effect at the NE Corner is now scheduled for Thursday 11th before 23.00. This has been thoroughly tested and all results have proved positive. On the day the whole "Effect" will be over within a minute.

Currently we are NOT intending to film with a Helicopter.

Neighbouring Residents & Businesses on the Wandsworth side have all been contacted. Police and Fire are aware of all our intentions.

Westminster Side. Churchill Gardens Residents have been leafleted. Also more selective contact to The Churchill Gdns Estate Office, residents associations etc. Contact has been made with Dolphin Sq. Belgravia Police are aware.
